o Additional Information – He is one of 64 clone brothers, all of whom are all telepathic humanoid aliens. He is the Galactic Federation's Ambassador to the Emergent Worlds and is responsible for overseeing the development and full entry of the Emergent Worlds into the Federation. One of his particular special powers is the ability to communicate with people without knowing their language, even if the species has no telepathic abilities of their own. His method is to simply hold his hand in front of the person's throat allowing that species to communicate with those around it.
